Margo Price and Brent Cobbs join Chris Stapleton on his All-American Road Show through the end of August. The two opening acts will share the stage with Stapleton on his stops in Hershey, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Toronto, ON; Cleveland, OH; Clarkston, MI; and Gilford, NH.
After his end-of-summer stint with Margo Price and Brent Cobb, Stapleton will continue his tour with guests Anderson East and Lucie Silvas in September.
Brent Cobb and Margo Price will rejoin Stapleton on a few select dates from September through November.
Stapleton’s tour will wrap up on November 18 in Omaha, NE with Brent Cobb and Marty Stuart as special guests.
American guitarist and singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton broke out into the country music scene in 2001. He has written six number-one country songs, “Never Wanted Nothing More, which was recorded by Kenny Chesney and spent five weeks at number one. He has also written “Love’s Gonna Make It Alright,” and “Come Back Song.”
More than 150 of his songs have appeared on albums of top stars, including Luke Bryan, Adele, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley.
Stapleton was the frontman of The SteelDrivers from 2008-2010 before releasing his debut solo album Traveller in 2015. The album peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 and has been certified double platinum.
Stapleton released his second studio album From a Room: Volume 1 in 2017.
Called “country’s next star” by The Fader, Margo Price released her debut solo album Midwest Farmer’s Daughter in March 2016. The album peaked at number 10 on the US Country chart and number one on the UK Country chart.
Price won the Emerging Artist of the Year award at the Americana Music Honors & Awards and the Honky Tonk Female award at the Ameripolitan Music Awards in 2016.
Her single “Hands of Time” won her the International Song of the Year award at the 2017 UK Americana Awards. Her debut album won Best Debut Album at the 2017 American Music Prize awards.
Country music singer-songwriter Brent Cobb has released two studio albums. His most recent album, released in 2016, was Shine on Rainy Day. and peaked at number 17 on the Top Country chart.
Cobb is also a well-established songwriter. The artist penned songs “Tailgate Blues,” “Go Outside and Dance,” “Grandpa’s Farm,” “Pavement Ends,” “Sweet By and By,” and “Stay All Night.”
